Lifehacker shared, on its blog, a neat trick using YouTube. According to the post, you can "Load up any YouTube video, seek to a specific time, pause the video, and right click. Then you'll be able to choose "Copy video URL at current time" and end up with a URL in your clipboard that'll start the video at the time you chose."
At first, I didn't see how I would immediately use this feature. Most of the time, when sharing videos, I want people to watch the video in its entirety. However, after a moments review, it dawned on me that I could easily create a list of topics that I cover in a video, say in a daily vlog, and allow visitors to jump to those exact moments when I discuss the topic of interest. This way, visitors won't have to sit through boring stuff to find the nugget.

As you can see, I recorded a daily update on YouTube, created a table of contents, and then linked to those moments in the video. As a side note, it would cool if BlogTalkRadio or CinchCast could do this, too.
