Google Analytics Goes Real-Time

On the Google Analytics blog, the company announced that it is rolling out Google Analytics in real-time. While not a lot of information is known at this time, the author explains that users will access the feature on the dashboard tab of the new design (see image above). Additionally, many of us can expect to see real-time analytics made available in the coming weeks.

For those that cannot wait, stop by this link and request an early access.

From the look of things, users can tell how many people are on the site at any given moment. It also gives information on how they got to the site and which page is most popular at the moment.

Ever since Google rolled out real-time analytics for Blogger, I've actively used it throughout the day. Hopefully, with this latest update, we'll get even more information than I get now.

What do you think? What reports are you most anxious to see in real-time? Let me know in the comment section below.
