Live Blogging World Ventures: How To Build A Business Fast

Speaker: Jeff Bolf

This business is a triple sort business. If you can get three true leaders on your left and right leaders than you can go to the bank over and over again.

The only thing you need to do is get people into the seat.

Use The Four-Step Invite

  1. Be in a hurry
  2. Clear the date
  3. Get excited
  4. Confirm the date
Instead of doing a travel party first, why not start by getting in front of your best 5 - 10 people over coffee or soda.

The best way Jeff likes to build the business is through two-on-ones. He loves travel parties because they are at someone's houses. After all these small meetings, you bring people to a Big Shot Meeting. A Big Shot is someone who is from out-of-town. [Repeat]

If you are relying on the Big Shot Meeting to introduce the meeting then you're missing the boat. Instead, we need to focus on building from the bottom (1-on-1, 2-on-1, and travel parties.

Documentation beats conversation!

Show your team that it works. Jeff constantly texts his team, "Congratulations on building your team."

Activity cures all ills!

This business is about creating leaders and duplication.

The secret to the binary is growing your business to 100 depth in each leg. Drive depth! Drive depth! Drive depth!

If you want to grow really fast, get 10 on one leg.

If you want a trickle business do 15 per month. If you want your business to flow, show 2 per day. If you want a rush, show 3-5 times per day.

You don't go to an area to grow it, you go there to advance it.

It all comes down to one simple thing, "What do you want out of this business." The key is activity. By dropping an additional 10-15 people on one leg has a way of kicking up activity in that leg.

Remember this: "You and I, you and I, you and I, etc." This is called sorting (flipping the cards while looking for the aces.
