Decide to Live Your Dream Life

One of the most challenging parts of restricting meals is the urge to snack on unhealthy foods. Chips, burgers, fries, pizza, or ice cream can throw a wrench in your plans. Recognize that you get stronger when you face the temptation and say, "No!"

Take a moment to reflect on what you want. Remember WHY you started and focus on the life you're saying "Yes" to.

I'm getting the urge right's natural, but I want the unnatural results, so I'm going home to cook some eggs for my final meal.

Day 3 of 84 coming to a close. Let's finish strong and wake tomorrow to beast out Day 4 (back and biceps).
