Chest Day!


Tonight was chest night and I was able to get a great pump and burn during the bench press and incline bench press.

We are still searching to find Brandi's true numbers, so we still aren't running at full speed yet. Although, Brandi is tougher and stronger than she believes that she is. My job is to find out where her limitations are and then push past them.

I'm proud of her and the progress that she is making. Even without a completely locked down meal plan, Brandi is already seeing results (a couple of pounds down already).

As of tomorrow, we are putting in cardio twice a day with six masks a day (lean protein, complex carbs, and veggies). Wait until you see her weight melt away (laughing). It's coming...stay tuned!
