WorldVentures Regional Training: Duplication

Speaker: Scott Ross

The goal in this business is to become irrelevant. Duplication is the key to success. We are not doing this to work another job. How many would like to do this for a few years and live life for the rest of your life? (Crowd applause)

Scott talks about how he virtually irrelevant. He has leaders on his team who love the business.

Early on, the growth of his business was based on his own efforts. When he got to Regional Marketing Director, he rested. Unfortunately, his business stopped growing for another 10 months, why? Because it was based on how good he was. Take yourself OUT of the business.

Be focused on a SYSTEM that will never die. Point everyone toward the SYSTEM. If your people want to learn anything, point them to the SYSTEM.

A lot of us have people that call us. Instead, have them call the help at (972) 805-5100. Use this number for every question your team comes up with.

Another way of getting plugged into the system is by listening to CD's. Point people to the SYSTEM.

Your job is to become irrelevant to the business.

Are you going to be able to sit with everyone on your team? No! Belief in the business happens by coming to  the event. Build from one event to the next event.

If you are on Scott's team and don't attend an event, they are dead to him. Why should he spend his time teaching you when the best people are in town?

An ACE is someone who is a PLAYER and one who is making it happen right now.

We are building WORLD CHAMPIONS and this training is training camp. If a team member is not doing what they are supposed to do, cut them off. Building champions is about finding people who are willing to do what it takes to succeed. One has to pay the price (be at the event).

To be a leader, you have to be in front of the troops. Scott is talking about getting folks to the events.

There are four national events: Momentum, International Convention, Millionaire Boot Camp, and The View from the Edge.

Register for "The View" - October 26 - 28, 2012.

How many people believe their life is worth more than $500? (Hands go up) Where there is a will, there is a way.
